Now we feel very good about carefully packing these impressively large pieces! Here is a large Japanese classic yusen shippo (with standard wire) cloisonné enamel vase of a two chrysanthemum blossoms. Perhaps the most interesting aspect of this vase is how this artist creatively but simply outlined in wire the branches and leaves of the chrysanthemum. The end result is a dynamic design that is both bold and striking. The vase is finished in a high glossy polish and is in excellent vintage condition without any major faults such as cracks, chips or hairlines or restorations.

The background enamel is primarily a dark cobalt blue enamel. The height of this tall vase is approximately 12.5 inches. The width of the vase is approximately 6.75 inches. Overall, a very attractive vase in pristine condition with a very strong sense of design.
