The elegant form with high shoulders, so called "belle's shoulder", and deep saturated green color enamel. The florals, similar to clematis, are worked seamlessly under the glaze. Rim and base finished in brass silver metal. Perfectly smooth to touch, the vase is in excellent condition. Ando Jubei, one of Japan's most important cloisonné artists, is highly acclaimed for his artistry and refined work.
