A very rare cloisonne clock with what I believe is a custard glass face, as the dial glows under 395nm blacklight. I will upload a video so you can hear it ticking. I have had it running a day, and it keeps good time.
I absolutely recommend it be cleaned professionally before putting it into daily use. Overall, I think it is in good cosmetic condition. There is some verdigris on the brass on the top. I have made no attempt to clean the exterior. I have photographed all sides and taken some close ups, but let me know if you would like additional photos. It stands about 7 inches tall.
