The vase measures 19cm in height X 9cm in width. Unsigned, however attributable to the work of Hayashi Kodenji.The piece has one minor chip to the surface. A fine and rare Japanese cloisonne jippo vase dating from the Meiji Period. The piece is decorated with a large coiling dragon, on top of a rich cobalt blue ground. The dragon is applied in a range of coloured enamels, which are set in-between intricately placed solid silver wires. We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 24 working hours.
