Fine Japanese Sterling Silver Ginbari Cloisonne Vase With Figures By Ota Shippo. This fine vase is enameled on solid sterling silver and shows a procession of 5 figures which are highlighted with detailed foil backing.

It measures 4 3/4 tall and is in excellent condition with hardly any wear at all. There are a few stress lines in the dark blue enamel on the backside of the vase but they appear to have happened during firing or cooling as there is no evidence of an impact or outside damage. I believe the makers mark translates to Ota Shippo. Please ask any and all questions prior to purchasing.
