Antique Japanese Fine 19th Century Meiji Cloisonne Enamel Vase With Ears

  

This vase is of very fine quality but unsigned, the decoration is heavily influenced by Namikawa Yasayuki but is probably a lesser artist as the handles are atypical, possibly Honda Yosaburo. Condition: Small old repair on the shaft of the vase on the black section at the waist below the handle. A few other small flaws in the black enamel and unfilled cloisons on the ears or handles.

Height 6 7/8 Inches 17.5 cm. Width 3 7/8 Inches 9.9 cm. Depth 3 1/8 Inches 8.0 cm.
