THIS LISTING IS FOR A STUNNING LARGE JAPANESE CLOISONNE ENAMEL ON BRASS VASE WITH CHICKEN/ROOSTER AND FLORAL DECORATION. THE VASE FEATURES A DARK GREEN BACKGROUND WITH INTRICATE BRASS CLOISONS DECORATED WITH ROOSTERS, WHITE FLORALS AND BRANCH WITH PURPLE/PLUM BRANCH. THE INTERIOR THROAT AND BASE HAVE A HEAVY APPLICATION OF TURQUOISE ENAMELING.

THE VASE IS FURTHER DECORATED WITH ELABORATE SCALLOPED DESIGN WITH MULTIPLE COLORS AROUND THE NECK AND BASE. MEASURES 14" HIGH, THE MOUTH IS 4" IN DIAMETER AND THE BASE IS 4" IN DIAMETER WITH A MAXIMUM WIDTH OF 7". THIS NICE VASE IS IN EXCELLENT ESTATE CONDITION WITH NO NOTED FLAWS.
