A scarce jade white color Japanese cloisonné vase. It has a jade white wireless ground (white that has a very pale tint) with white roses, buds and green stems & leaves done with the reduced wire method and using the extremely fine silver wire technique. Hallmarks: The Ando Jubei "petal" mark on the base is done with the reduced wire in white enamel technique that was used mostly in the early 1920's. The enamel work is complete and perfect.
The silver top rim is perfect and the bottom rim has a little normal shelf wear on the underneath. The interior of the top has a quite heavy white enamel finish which is also perfect.
