ANDO JUBEI Japanese Cloisonne Metal Framed Plaque, depicting an original design by the famous artist KAZUMASA NAKAGAWA (see his biography below), the picture is of an orange and a persimmon in multiple colors on a white ground, in perfect condition, dimensions of plaque 8.8 inches x 6.2 inches, dimensions of metal frame 16.8inches x 14.2 inches, with both the Ando company signature plaque and a further plaque indicating an anniversary gift. Made in the Showa Period, c. Kazumasa Nakagawa - 1893 Born in Hongo, Tokyo, 1914 Oil painting chosen for Songakai association exhibition.
