Adachi Kinjiro Japanese Meiji Cloisonne Ginbari Enamel 3.5 Vase, Geisha

  
This listing is for a lovely miniature Japanese Ginbari Cloisonne on bronze enameled vase decorated with finely detailed Geisha figure made by Adachi Kinjiro, c. The Ginbari (foil) background is rich turquoise at the top shading to pale turquoise about half-way down the body. The vase is decorated with a lovely Japanese female wearing a vivid cobalt blue colored robe and holding flowers with flowers on each side. Measures 3 1/2" high, an overall width of about 2" and a 1 1/8 diameter base. The vase is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws although there are a couple of small faint hairlines in the background above the base that are not a detraction and are smooth to the touch.
