A pair of Japanese Meiji Period Cloisonne vases with Iris Flower Pattern. With dark blue (almost black) base, silver-wired iris flowers are in nice contrast. From the Paul Kettle Collection. Both stand 18.5cm or 7.2'' high. One has some enamel loss at the base (see picture 6), and the other one has eroded bottom and an impact point at the back (see last two pictures).

Both have some slight wears and hairlines consistent with the age. Silver wires rusted/stained at some places. The front facade displays very well.
