Wonderful Antique Large Meiji Period Japanese Cloisonne Enamel Vase w/ Pigeons. RARE large and finely done early Japanese Cloisonne Enamel vase.

High gloss blue/turquoise ground has a lovely outdoor scene of two colorful pigeons, butterflies and flowers encircle the entire vase. The shading of the enamel is wonderful and certainly done by a master of Early Meiji Japanese Cloisonne. Detailed top and bottom borders add the finishing touch to this fine vase.

Large size measuring 8 3/4" tall and 4 1/4" wide. Very stout, well made piece. This antique cloisonne vase is in excellent condition. Please see photos as integral part of this description. It is a beautiful display piece.
