Vintage Japanese Ginbari Foil Vase Pigeon Blood Red Enamel Flying Bird Cloisonne

  

This vase stands 4 3/4 tall and is done in a Japanese Ginbari Pigeon Blood Enamel Foil vase over a silver colored metal. The piece has nice weight, and is in wonderful condition, with no chips or cracks. The piece comes with this wooden stand as well and stands just over 5 3/4 tall on stand. The bottom is marked "West" in the metal and the pictures behind the red enamel are of large birds flying with some clouds. Very fine detail behind the red enamel and I apologize for the glare this enamel glaze is a high gloss so it picks up all reflections.
