Gorgeous Antique Japanese Cloisonne Enamel Pair Vases w/ Dragon and Pheonix - RARE Yellow. Unique in shape with six-sided, high shouldered body. The last two pics show the six-side shape the best. Designed with six cartouche of alternating dragons and phoenix.

Geometric borders and floral trim of immense cloisonne detail decorate from head to toe. Typical of this style, lots of different colors.

Light yellow ground is very rare. Lots of detail on these vases. Mottled deep green interior enamel in throat supports dating to the 19th Century. These antique vases are in excellent, original as-found, condition. With vases 100 yrs old, there is some very minor pitting common to early pieces, very minor.
